Jio has recently increased the prices of its prepaid plans in India.
The company has increased the tariff by about 20 percent in the country.
However, the Rs 75 cheapest recharge plan remains unchanged (well, not completely).
Recently, almost all the major telecom companies (Airtel, Jio, VI) announced an increase in their tariff plans in the country. Being one of them, Jio has also increased the prices of its prepaid recharge plans in India by about 20 percent. Among all other plans, the cheapest recharge plan by the company for its prepaid users, which was earlier priced at Rs 75, has been increased to Rs 91 per month and is believed to be implemented from December 1 (today). Was. However, that hasn't happened and, as it turns out, the telecom giant has retained its Rs 75 plan in India, with a few changes. Take a look at Jio's Rs 75 prepaid recharge plan and know what has changed.
Jio Rs 75 prepaid recharge plan remains (with some changes)
Before the tariff hike, Rs 75 prepaid recharge plan by Jio used to come with 3GB monthly data and a validity of 28 days. 100MB data per day was provided to the subscriber and 200MB additional data benefit was also provided (2800MB + 200MB). Apart from these data benefits, consumers used to enjoy unlimited calling, 50 messages, and access to Jio apps.
With the updated plan, however, users will still have to pay Rs 75, but the validity has now been reduced to 23 days. Users will get 100MB of data per day, which means they will get to enjoy 2300MB of data. Along with this, the telco will also provide 200MB of additional data to the users. In addition, 50 messages, unlimited free calling, and Jio apps also remain. So, what are you missing? Well, with the new price slab in the picture, you are getting 500MB fewer data and 5 days less data with the new pack. The rest of the benefits, which you used to use with this plan, will still be there.
